Final Registration Form -Final Entry Registration Cards must be completed by the Club Leader or Chapter Advisor, for each exhibitor, no later than 11:59 pm on April 4, 2022. The Final Entry Tally form must be completed, including entry fees, by the Club Leader or Chapter Advisor, and postmarked no later than April 4, 2022. Individual Entry fees will not be accepted. These rules will be followed, no exceptions.
