We’re excited to announce our raffle fundraiser for the Central Washington Junior Livestock Show!

This show is about so much more than raising and showing livestock. It’s about giving kids the opportunity to get involved in agriculture, learn responsibility, build confidence, develop a strong work ethic, and experience the rewards of hard work and dedication.

By supporting our fundraiser, you’re helping us keep this show going and ensuring that future generations of kids have the opportunity to be involved in agriculture, showcase their hard work, and earn money for their projects and future goals.

We have some amazing prizes donated by generous local businesses, and every ticket purchased helps support the kids and the future of our show!

Call myself Paige Murphy at 360-998-9150 to purchase tickets. I am also willing to deliver them to you! OR email cwjls.show@gmail.com

Tickets will also be available through RD0 in Sunnyside and Valleywide in Zillah!

HUGE THANK YOU TO RDO, VALLEY WIDE AND IDEAL LUMBER FOR YOUR GENEROUS DONATIONS FOR THIS RAFFLE!!

 AIMS and PURPOSES

The Aims and Purposes of the Central Washington Junior Livestock Show are to encourage modern selection, raising, and showing techniques of beef, sheep, and hogs.  To promote an understanding of the beef, sheep, and hog industry in youth, and provide healthy competition that promotes life skills, such as sportsmanship, proper decision-making, and responsibility with the "hands-on" approach of learning by doing.  Implementing food safety and quality assurance are promoted by requiring good record keeping proper handling of livestock feeds and additives, and the proper use of animal health products.  The moral responsibility of each livestock exhibitor cannot be stressed enough.
